[Gelöst] Onlinehilfe erweitern NAV2013R2

Hallo,
ich spiele gerade mit dem Help Toolkit und versuche die Onlinehilfe für NAV2013R2 um eigene Topics zu erweitern, doch leider ohne Erfolg. Mir scheint die mitgelieferte Dokumentation hier irgendwie nicht ganz zu passen:

Integrating and Verifying the Help File with Core Help
After you have built the new Help file and F1 mapping file, the final steps are to integrate the new content with the core Help and to verify the change in F1.

• To integrate the new Help with Microsoft Dynamics NAV Windows client Help
• Close Microsoft Dynamics NAV.
• In Windows Explorer, open C:\HelpExample\addin_a\Processed.
• In Windows Explorer, open the Microsoft Dynamics NAV Windows client Help installation folder. The installation location is typically C:\Program Files\Microsoft Dynamics NAV\70\RoleTailored Client\en-US.
• Copy addin_a.chm from the Processed folder to the en-US folder.
• In Windows Explorer, open the Microsoft Dynamics NAV Server locale installation folder. The installation location is typically C:\Program Files\Microsoft Dynamics NAV\70\Service\ENU.
• Copy addin_a.hh from the Processed folder to the ENU folder.
• To restart Microsoft Dynamics NAV Server, choose Start, and then choose the Run button.
• In the Open field, type services.msc, and then press Enter.
• Under Services, open the shortcut menu for Microsoft Dynamics NAV Server, and then choose Restart.
• Choose Start, and then choose Microsoft Dynamics NAV.

Zum einen für was brauche ich für die Onlinehilfe noch eine CHM, ich dachte die Onlinehilfe verwendet die HTML-Daten.
Weiterhin befindet sich auch auf dem Server keinerlei *.hh Dateien.

Im Rootverzeichnis der Onlinehilfe findet man einen Unterordner C:\inetpub\wwwroot\DynamicsNAV71Help\help\de-DE mit den einzelnen .html Dateien. Doch wo finde ich hier die Indexdatei bzw. das Inhaltsverzeichnis etc.?

Das Help Toolkit für NAV 2013 (ohne R2!) darfst du nicht nehmen - zumindest nicht zum Einarbeiten in die Thematik.
Halte dich am besten an diese Anleitung: How to Deploy a Microsoft Dynamics NAV 2013 R2 Help Server
Dort findest du auch als Kommentar:

You do not have to use a Help Toolkit in order to extend or modify the Help. And in fact we are not releasing a new Help Toolkit.
In earlier releases, the Help Toolkit included source files for the Microsoft Help, but now the Help Server contains our Help in HTML format, so you don't need additional source files. You can choose to use the tools from the Microsoft Dynamics NAV 2013 Help Toolkit, which is available in PartnerSource, but you are not required to.

Hallo und herzlichen Dank,
nach einigen versuchen bin ich nun selbst auf die Lösung gekommen, die Dateien im Ordner C:\inetpub\wwwroot\DynamicsNAV71Help\help\de-DE lassen sich einfach editieren bzw. nach bekanntem Schema erweitern. Man sollte danach lediglich den Cache leeren und am besten auch den IIS neu starten, dann werden die Änderungen auch in der Hilfe angezeigt.
