Aufu den ersten Blick glaube ich, dass dieses Update eher für Programmierer interessant ist:

• Disabling Help hyperlinks on captions
• Remove .stx dependency due to changes since RTM.
• Developers need new options for handling option fields in OData results in multi-language environments.
• Introduce a build version check between NST and Windows and Web clients.
• Configure NST to turn off SmartSQL.
• How to catch <Enter> in add-in control

Es sind aber auch zahlreiche "Application hotfixes" enthalten. Darunter:

• If the CanGrow option is set to FALSE by default for the Description field on a sales invoice line, then descriptions longer then the limit (26 characters) will be truncated in the Sales - Invoice report in the German version.
• The Vat Registration Number and Country Code fields are empty on the VAT Entries page if you post an invoice in a sales journal with the customer as balancing account in the German version.

In CU 9 sind Shortcuts für Add-Ins komplett deaktiviert worden, damit NAV seine Shortcuts nicht verliert.
Da es aber durchaus sinnvolle Szenarien gibt, in denen Add-In-Shortcuts funktioneren sollen, wurde speziell für <Enter> die Option geschaffen, wahlweise vom Add-In oder von NAV ausgeführt zu werden.
