CRM 2011 Report Export in Outlook und IE Sicherheitsupdate

Hallo an Alle,
am Freitag kam das neue IE Sicherheitsupdate raus. Durch die Installation ist es nun so, dass es im Outlook Client nicht mehr möglich ist einen gerenderten Report zu exportieren (pdf, excel, etc.).
Dieses Verhalten hatte ich im Juli bei einem Kunden schon einmal. Die Lösung war die Deinstallation des Sicherheitsupdates. Nun gibt es ja wieder ein neues, das das gleiche fehlerhafte Verhalten erzeugt.
Klar könnten wir das Update deinstallieren, dies ist aber natürlich nicht die korrekte Lösung. Der Kunde möchte gerne sein die Sicherheit bei seinem IE auch aktuell halten und dadurch auch gerne das Update nutzen.

Warum ist das Microsoft noch nicht aufgefallen? Dieses Problem besteht nun seit drei Sicherheitsupdates. Der Kunden kann ja jetzt nicht bei jedem kumulativen Sicherheitsupdate eine Deinstallation vornehmen.
Hat jemand von euch eine Idee bzw. eine andere Lösung? Falls dies von Relevanz ist, die User des Kunden arbeiten auf einer Citrix-Umgebung. Diese ist auf dem neusten Stad.

du solltest diese Frage nicht im Forum stellen sondern direkt an Microsoft. Wie sollen wir dir sagen können was Microsoft macht und erreichen möchte?

Bei uns haben auch einige Kunde über Probleme berichtet.
Bei Microsoft in den Foren findet man einige gute Ansätze:

I worked with Microsoft Support to troubleshoot this issue. Below are the findings:

It appears that there are two KBs associated with this particular problem: KB2699988 and KB2722913. I removed the 2^nd KB yesterday (the 1^st was removed a few weeks ago) but the problem persisted. He said it is likely there is a security update tied to IE9 that is associated with this issue, so short of uninstalling IE9 and reverting to IE8 he had me perform the following regedit change.
• Navigate to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\MAIN\FeatureControl\FEATURE_MIME_HANDLING
• Within FEATURE_MIME_HANDLING, please change the DWORD entry for OUTLOOK.EXE from 1 to 0

This is an issue that the MS development team plans to address in Update Rollup 11 later this year. Making this change to the regedit does not completely fix the problem. It is only a workaround solution until UR11 is deployed. Once I made the above change and reran a report via the Outlook CRM client and attempt to export to PDF, the open or save screen pops up as it should. However, I can only save the PDF and then open it. If I click the Open button, nothing happens. He said this is part of the workaround.

So in summary, users who have this issue have the following choices:
1.Use the web to export reports until UR11 is deployed in their environment
2.Perform the above regedit change and save the document prior to opening it
3.Revert back to IE8 until UR11 is deployed in their environment
