The fee to attend a class is 350 EUR (excl. 21% VAT). This fee includes breaks & lunch but does not include accommodation costs. If your company resides in the European Union (but not in Belgium) and has a valid VAT Number, then no VAT will be added.

Die Anmeldung soll diese Woche freigeschaltet werden, die Preise stehen schon in den FAQ.
Während Staffel 1 und 2 nur 5 bzw. 10 EUR angezogen haben, ist der Zuschlag für Spätbucher höher als in den Vorjahren. Es lohnt sich also, rechtzeitig zu buchen.

• 295 EUR (exkl. MwSt) bei Anmeldung bis zum 30.06.
• 350 EUR (exkl. MwSt) bei Anmeldung ab dem 1.07. bis zum 18.10.
• 430 EUR (exkl. MwSt) bei Anmeldung nach dem 18.10.

The conference fee is 295 EUR (excl. 21% VAT) if you register on or before 30 June 2015.
From 1 July until 18 October, the fee is 350 EUR (excl. 21% VAT).

These prices are for the 2 days (there won’t be offered any one day tickets). The conference fee does not include any accommodation costs. All registrants are liable to pay Belgian VAT at 21%.

ich bin leider etwas spät mit der Hotelbuchung dran, so dass die Konferenzhotels schon ausgebucht sind, hat jemand noch einen Tipp für ein anderes Hotel in der Nähe?

Moin,
ich an deiner Stelle würde versuchen ein möglichst zentrales Hotel zu finden (Nähe HBF also Antwerpen-Centraal) - von da kann man sehr gut mit dem Bus / Shuttle / Taxi zum Veranstaltungsort kommen.

Ich war letztes jahr auch sehr spät dran und habe das Best Western Docklands gebucht. Von dort kannst du auch zu Fuß zur Veranstaltung laufen, aber dafür ist dort einfach sonst NICHTS.

Die hier erwähnten Hotels kann man mal durchprobieren.

Das Ibis war dieses Jahr leider ausgebucht (wir kommen mit 4 Leuten (+1 Freikartengast)), deswegen sind wir im Leonardo (das liegt auch direkt am Hauptbahnhof).
